We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at LifeBridge Health.
- Job Summary
- The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our Patient Care Services team, responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients and their families.
- The RN will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing established clinical pathways and protocols.
- The RN will provide and delegate patient care activities based on patient needs and team skills/abilities, while supervising the delivery of care by the care delivery team.
- The RN will evaluate patient response to treatment and nursing interventions, revising the plan of care as needed, and monitor patient progress to prepare for discharge.
Requirements
- Education
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Certifications
- CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- RN - Registered Nurse
- ENCP - Emergency Nurse Pediatric
- CEN - Certified Emergency Nurse
- NIHSS - National Stroke Association NIH Stroke Scale
