Disaster Recovery Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Restoration Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO of Coeur d'Alene. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for performing production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects.

• Inventory and Load Equipment: Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Prepare Work Areas: Prepare rooms and areas for work activities and set up staging area and equipment.
• Perform Production Processes: Perform production processes as directed, adhering to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with Team: Communicate with crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• End-of-Day/End-of-Job Cleanup: Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Documentation and Demolition: Obtain proper documentation of dirty, damaged, and cleaned contents, and perform precise demolition to damaged materials.

• Effective Communication: Effective oral communication skills.
• Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills.
• Experience in Cleaning/Restoration: Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• Education: High school diploma/GED.
• Certifications: IICRC certifications preferred.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to wear full PPE, lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces, sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects, work with/around cleaning products/chemicals, and travel locally and out of state when necessary.
