Carpentry Specialist

Woodcliff Builders Inc is seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of production systems to meet client expectations.

1. Project Planning: Determine material requirements, conformance, and dimensions of structures, ensuring alignment with job plans and regulatory compliance.
2. Quality Control: Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met, resolving any issues that arise during the project.
3. Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, laborers, and employees, ensuring effective daily reporting and progress updates to Project Managers.
4. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to ensure timely completion of quality projects, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
5. Administrative Tasks: Review daily logs and plans, purchase materials, and receive deliveries, ensuring a smooth workflow.
6. Site Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing weekly job site clean-ups and adhering to company standards.

1. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage new build-outs, remodels, and new construction residential projects, overseeing crews of 2-5 projects simultaneously.
2. Problem-Solving: Identify and solve problems efficiently, ensuring timely project completion and client satisfaction.
3. Communication: Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, laborers, and employees, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
4. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines, ensuring a minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
