Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Crewmember to join our team at the Albuquerque Sunport. As a Cashier/Crewmember, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and gift card/certificate transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables and drink stations.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including taking orders and filling drink orders.
- Stock restaurant and lobby area as needed, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned, including assisting with cook, dish-washing, bussing, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment and facility.
- A minimum of one year of prep and/or cooking experience required.
- Restaurant experience preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant food safety and sanitation laws, principles, procedures, and practices.
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret general business rules and technical procedures.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information and respond to questions from management and team members.
