We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Oahu Turtle Bay. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

• Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment
• Identify and address potential maintenance issues to prevent downtime and ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our maintenance processes

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in general maintenance or a related field a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment as needed
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of maintenance software
