We offer an additional Teacher Supplement to our competitive base pay, which is determined by the North Carolina State Salary Scale for Bachelor's Degrees.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Education with a valid teaching certificate from North Carolina or a partnering state. Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, Probability and Statistics, Algebra, and subject specialty departments are highly desirable.
