Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Professional to join our Women's Health team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO. This role will involve providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of safety and quality.

About the Role
This position offers a competitive salary range of $37.06 - $57.44 per hour, depending on relevant experience. As a Clinical Care Professional, you will work directly with patients, prioritizing their wellness and delivering evidence-based care. You will also be responsible for modeling proficiency through precepting new team members and embracing a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes and prioritize patient needs.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice in daily work.
- Model proficiency through precepting new team members and guiding them in their roles.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality at the point of care.
