Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team at IH Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our Vinyl Tile Flooring (VCT) throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strip, wax, and buff floors as directed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
  • Perform general carpet cleaning and extraction as needed to keep our facilities looking their best.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from the building to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform other cleaning duties as needed to support the facilities maintenance team.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures and protocols.
