Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Professional to join our team at 1 + 1 Cares. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Provide compassionate and individualized patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Active nursing license and current certification in critical care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on patient safety and well-being
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in complex situations
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and research
