  • Available Shifts:

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks for Clinical Nurses:
  • $12,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time candidates

Key Responsibilities of Clinical Nurses:
  • Highly motivated to assist in various nursing aspects
  • Deliver services exceeding company and regulatory standards
  • Lead individualized nursing care plans
  • Assess and document residents' conditions and nursing requirements
  • Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly
  • Assign nursing care according to residents' needs and staff capabilities
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as necessary
  • Maintain clean equipment and ensure supplies are used efficiently and safely
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements for Clinical Nurses:
  • Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Preferably one year of nursing experience
  • Active RN license and CPR certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff
  • Quick and decisive response in emergency situations
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
