Sugarloaf Food Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Server to join our team at 45 North, our resort's signature dining location. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Inform guests of daily specials and menu changes
  • Answer questions about our food, beverages, and restaurant functions
  • Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our point-of-sale system
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Perform side work as required by service station assignment
  • Monitor and observe guest dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction with food and service
  • Prepare final bills and present checks to guests
  • Assist fellow servers and bus persons as needed
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Must possess ServSafe certification or be able to obtain certification upon hire
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
