Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dining Service Associate to provide exceptional guest service in our dining rooms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and determine the number in their party, then seat them by finding a clean, available table.
  • Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance, such as pulling out chairs or placing clean/current menus in front of guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
Requirements

To be successful as a Dining Service Associate, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and stand for long periods of time.
