Relationship Builder

The Relationship Builder will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded, and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and use your expertise to resolve complex issues. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry and proficiency in CRM software are also preferred.
