Job Summary

As a Lube Technician at Teton Toyota, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repair work in accordance with company and manufacturer quality standards and procedures. Your primary duties will include:

  • Testing vehicle systems and components to ensure they are secure and working properly
  • Isolating systems or components that may have caused a problem
  • Driving the vehicle for testing purposes and inspecting and refilling fluid levels as needed
  • Ensuring tire pressure is at the proper level, cleaning and lubricating fittings as needed
  • Installing a new oil drain plug and oil filter and communicating oil levels to teammates
  • Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
  • Repairing or replacing worn parts ahead of the vehicle's breakdown or damage
  • Using power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
Qualifications
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
