Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of CT scanning procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT (R))
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work varied 8-hour shifts, including rotating days and afternoons, with 1 weekend per month
  • Experience with Epic and Toshiba or Canon scanners is highly preferred
