About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and experienced LPN to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our veterans. As a LPN - Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility, ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Key Qualifications- Must have a minimum of a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state.
- One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
As a LPN - Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
- Leading and managing the nursing team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
