We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Evidence Based Associates. As a Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families by providing exceptional therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home counseling services to effectively address the needs of our clients.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, such as Functional Family Therapy (FFT), to empower youth and caregivers with the tools and resources to successfully address and tackle difficulties and challenges.
- Work collaboratively with families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Ability to engage youth and families in the therapeutic process.
- Desire for and openness to training and professional development.
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity for growth.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate families' needs.
- Willingness to work in the community, including families' homes.
