Quality Improvement Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team at Partners For Quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quality assurance activities, coordinating incident management processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct the Citizen Care Incident Management process, including daily monitoring of the Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS) for new incidents.
- Obtain Certified Investigator training through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and conduct assigned Certified Investigations of a very high risk nature.
- Implement new ODP protocols and regulations related to risk management.
- Communicate with stakeholders across Community Living divisions, Community and Employment Services, Life Sharing, and Partners For Quality corporate to ensure awareness of serious incidents, trends reporting, and corrective action plan completion.
- Implement systemic plans of action for proactive quality improvements to program outcomes.
- Monitor corrective action in collaboration with PFQ Human Resources (HR) and PFQ Compliance.
- Co-Chairperson of Basic Assurance Monitoring (BAM) peer review committee.
- Review preventative and corrective action and monitor for implementation and completion, reporting all information to PFQ Compliance.
- Monitor and maintain Enkompas dashboards for all incidents within CCI, pulling external reports monthly from the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) to be uploaded into databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services and six (6) years of direct and managerial experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- OR Master's degree in Human Services and three (3) years of progressive experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in the human services field.
- Minimum of two (2) years management experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory guidelines for programs, incident management protocols, and quality assurance, focusing most heavily on the IDD system.
- Must have current ODP Certified Investigator certification/training.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent references, both personal and professional.
- A valid Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia driver's license.
- Eligible for Act 33, 34, and FBI clearances.
