Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families in need.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support in a compassionate and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and move patients safely.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
