Job Summary

We are seeking a Weekend Swim Instructor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Weekend Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing swim instruction to students based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. You will also be responsible for enforcing safety rules and regulations, making rescues and administering first aid when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
  • Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Makes rescues and administers first aid when necessary.
  • Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students' swim skills.
Requirements
  • Ability to work with children.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Lifeguards and instructors MUST be a minimum of 15 years old by date of hire.
  • Lifeguards and instructors MUST conduct themselves in a professional manner and must be attentive and focused.
  • Lifeguards and instructors must complete 30 hour training in 3 weeks - all training, including certification is done in house and is PAID.
Compensation

$11.00 - $18.00 per hour
