Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing needs, and develop personalized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing functions, and monitor progress to adjust treatments as needed.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for communication and swallowing goals, and provide support to ensure successful implementation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active or pending state SLP license required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with previous school experience preferred but not required.
  • Certifications: ASHA certification is a plus.
