Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at Cypress HCM. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, run, and maintain quality in a production environment
  • Inspect and read blueprints to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Troubleshoot production problems and identify solutions
  • Operate and maintain Swiss lathes, CNC mills, and other machine centers
  • Meet job standard times with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience operating CNC machines
  • 1+ year experience with Swiss lathes and live tooling
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • High School Diploma/GED or trade/technical certification
Work Schedule
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM-3:00 AM
  • Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 4:30 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation
  • $ per hour depending on experience
