Aviation Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying high volumes of qualified candidates to fill a variety of open positions. This role can be considered an entry-level position, and you will work with various hiring managers to create job postings and assist with the onboarding of new hires.

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Potential for full-cycle recruiting
• Conduct high-volume, repetitive daily touchpoints with candidates through various communication channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Extend job offers and assist with the onboarding process of new hires
• Promote PrimeFlight Aviation as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and opportunity for growth
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Create requisitions and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates with accuracy
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional demeanor, able to communicate effectively
• Excellent dependability and attendance
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
• Ability to work independently and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Travel requirement >25%
• Pass a background check and drug screen

The position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time. Prolonged standing and walking in an indoor/outdoor environment as applicable. Ability to lift 25 pounds or more. Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
