Truck Maintenance Technician

A skilled Truck Mechanic is required to maintain the highest quality W. O. Grubb's transportation equipment, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work well under supervision, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of service reports.
- Document all routine maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Collaborate with operators and other mechanics to ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in diesel engine maintenance.
- Proven ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with diesel, gasoline, and propane engines.
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Proven ability to make continuous improvements.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
