Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Director to lead our rehabilitation services team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, managing a team of therapists, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients and align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of therapists, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to therapists to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including nursing and administration, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation services to ensure our programs are current and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology.
  • Current licensure in the state(s) assigned.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation services, including experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful rehabilitation programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of therapists.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
