Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the performance of pharmacy duties, including filling prescriptions, verifying medication information, and processing transactions.
  • Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and patients to ensure a positive experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and healthcare providers, promoting Walgreens services and products.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking of pharmaceuticals, as well as maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to maintain PTCB certification and stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
