We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Bozzuto. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential buildings and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to our core values and culture.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the preservation of our properties and the satisfaction of our residents.
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience and a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Advanced level of skill in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
  • Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
