Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address identified needs, focusing on improving communication skills.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Colorado state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
