Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address identified needs, focusing on improving communication skills.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Colorado state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
