Position Overview

The Customer Service Team Leader will engage directly with clients to provide information in response to inquiries regarding properties. This role requires responding with suitable solutions in a professional manner. The Team Leader will oversee a team and serve as the primary responder to escalated calls when necessary.

  • Supervise a team of 4 or more individuals
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone
  • Handle calls related to leasing, maintenance, and customer service
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, along with actions taken
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and resolve issues. If a solution is not readily available, escalate to appropriate leadership
  • Manage customer accounts and update their status accordingly
  • Prepare necessary documents, letters, or statements as required by the customer
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify solutions and resolve issues
  • Follow up with customers whose inquiries have been addressed to ensure satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to customer issues
  • Monitor calls for quality assurance
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a sales environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage various personality types
  • Demonstrated professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of accurately assessing situations
  • Exhibit leadership qualities
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is advantageous
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience, and skills.
$55, $92,240.00
