Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the educational needs of preschool-aged children.
  • Classroom Management: Create a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
  • Child Development: Provide opportunities for children to explore and express their creative abilities, develop problem-solving skills, and build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Communication: Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess children's progress, identify areas of strength and weakness, and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
Requirements
  • Education: A.A. degree or B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in a educational setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for early childhood education.
