Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team at the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality anesthesia care to our patients, collaborating with other anesthesiologists and medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and monitor anesthesia care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including general surgery, vascular, urology, and orthopedics.
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia patient care plans, taking into account patient medical history and current medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with other anesthesiologists and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and adherence to VA policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality assurance and process improvement activities to enhance anesthesia care and patient outcomes.
