Senior Branch Lender

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Branch Lender to join our team at FreeStar Financial Credit Union. As a Senior Branch Lender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by assisting with their accounts and guiding them through the consumer or mortgage loan process.

• Provide efficient and accurate service in transactions, including account status and activity, check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Utilize training tools to assist members in the decision-making process of credit insurance products for each loan.
• Meet member needs by cross-selling all products and services offered by the credit union, including lending protection solutions.
• Assist members with requests and questions relating to the function and servicing of their accounts.
• Process consumer or mortgage loan requests, in person or over the phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred minimum of two years of experience in the financial industry.
• Preferred minimum of one year of experience in consumer and/or mortgage lending.

• 120 hours PTO in the 1st year.

• Salary: $21 per hour, plus monthly incentives.
