About the Role
We are currently in search of a dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join our team on the Day Shift from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $34.65, commensurate with skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis and resolution of electrical issues, ensuring the reliability of equipment.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components, utilizing hand tools and testing instruments.
- Inspect and evaluate electrical equipment, lighting, and power circuits to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose faults in wiring and electrical devices using specialized instruments.
- Replace defective components, ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in PLC systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as VOM meters and megger.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and AC/DC theory.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
