Guest Services Team Member

At The Sports Facilities Companies, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Team Member to join our team at the Portland Sports Complex. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all who visit our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments for facility programs, leagues, and events, as well as manage RV park reservations.
  • Be knowledgeable about facility programs, including pricing, meeting dates, and times.
  • Operate multi-line phones and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure all guests have a waiver on file and maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest and team member information.
  • Professionally resolve guest concerns and complaints, escalating issues to management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of ages and personalities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Working Conditions:

The Guest Services Team Member will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and team members on a regular basis. The position requires the ability to lift 20 pounds, sit or stand for extended periods, and operate a computer.
