Job Summary
A & Associates is seeking an experienced human resources generalist to join their team in Savannah, GA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where excellence, diligence and integrity are core values.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in a specific human resources functional area, providing professional consultation, technical guidance and support to departments/agencies and other human resources functions. Key responsibilities include:
  • Serving as a professional subject matter expert in a specific human resources functional area.
  • Providing professional consultation, technical guidance and support to departments/agencies and other human resources functions.
  • Ensuring completion of daily work activities within allotted time-frames.
  • Assisting departments in the interpretation of Federal and State laws, Hillsborough County policies and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of major human resources programs.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others. Knowledge of human resources practices and understanding of how one action may impact different functional areas is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and work processes, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
