Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant Health. This position will involve working with students in a K-5th grade setting, providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with other members of the educational team to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • AZ Occupational Therapist Licensure.
  • Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
