**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Steward. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

**Responsibilities**

* Prepare tableware for washing and ensure all items are properly sanitized
* Scrape plates, pre-soak silverware, and load items into the dishwashing machine
* Wash and stack dishes, as well as store them in their designated areas
* Collect and wash soiled pots, then restock them on shelves
* Maintain a clean and safe environment by sweeping and mopping floors
