About the Role:

  • Assist special education teachers with students in various settings
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) under the direction of special education teachers
  • Collaborate with teachers, related service staff, and administration to ensure effective student outcomes
  • Participate in physical management of students when necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess knowledge of positive behavior and intervention strategies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physical management of students
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $16.75 - $32.93 per hour
