• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage client communication, including scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and updating records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and pet records, ensuring seamless communication and care.
• Assist with financial transactions, including processing payments and managing client balances.
• Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure seamless care and communication.
• Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

• A competitive hourly rate of $10.00-$16.00, based on experience.
