Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing resident activities, assessments, and profiles.
  • Coordinate movie screenings, social gatherings, and recreational games for residents.
  • Motivate residents to engage in social and recreational activities, ensuring everyone is included through organizing games, crafts, religious services, and celebrations.
  • Support the Community Life Director in enhancing service offerings.
  • Deliver innovative and responsible healthcare by developing and implementing new ideas and processes to improve overall service quality.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Preferred experience in providing recreational services within a healthcare environment.
  • Must hold a valid, unencumbered state driver's license.
