Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dedicated Final Mile Fleet Manager to join our team in Stonecrest, Georgia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing dedicated drivers, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch loads to drivers, ensuring efficient routes and on-time delivery
  • Monitor driver performance, productivity, and safety records
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to resolve delivery issues
  • Identify and resolve performance issues through driver evaluations and route meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize routes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in transportation operations or logistics management
