Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as ordered by the doctor, complete treatments, and provide care to residents.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs).
  • Work closely with the RN to perform duties as delegated and support the nursing staff.

  • Complete medication orders, re-fills, and oversee medication management for residents.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota.

  • Experience serving residents with Alzheimer's or related dementias is beneficial.
  • Assisted Living and/or homecare experience is preferred.
