Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and advanced therapeutic procedures according to established policy and procedure.
• Review and document all clinical information regarding each patient.
• Educate patients and co-workers on procedures and treatment plans.
• Conduct diagnostic procedures.
• Provide care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the age of patient served in assigned area.
• Maintain professional certifications and up-to-date knowledge of technical procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must possess computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
• Proficiency with Windows-style applications and keyboard is essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals, are required.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.

Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (estimated), depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
