Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structural Drafter to join our team at Empower Brands. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality design drawings for outdoor living spaces, including decks, patios, and other structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create computer-aided plan sets for outdoor living spaces
  • Collaborate with franchisees, designers, and consultants to ensure accurate sales drawings
  • Provide support and guidance to peers and franchisees on design-related matters
  • Develop materials lists for project jobs

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CAD software, with SoftPlan experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective time management and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
