  • Quality Assurance: Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks and address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
  • Operations: Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process, drive team performance to exceed service standards, and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate, or be currently enrolled.
  • Communication: Cultivate a positive and present demeanor, demonstrating effective and professional communication with both customers and team members.
  • Leadership: Aspire for excellence in all tasks, consistently setting an example through leadership, and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekends.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Physical Demands: Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift, ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment, ability to work outside in all weather conditions, and ability to lift 25lbs.
