Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated houseperson with outstanding interpersonal skills who is friendly and professional to ensure our guests enjoy a pleasant experience at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver requested items, including rollaway beds, cribs, and linens, to guest accommodations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other communal areas.
  • Inspect all assigned floors at the beginning of each shift and throughout the day to gather trash, used linens, and other items as instructed by management.
  • Restock linen supplies on each floor by transporting clean linens to designated housekeeping storage areas.
  • Provide exceptional service by anticipating, actively listening, and promptly addressing guests' needs.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for PM shifts.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a housekeeping or houseperson role.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques.
  • A commitment to prioritizing guest satisfaction and delivering outstanding customer service.
