Job SummaryThe Police Officer - Lateral will be responsible for executing general duty police work in the protection of life and property through the enforcement of laws and ordinances. This includes patrolling the city, responding to citizen calls, conducting preliminary investigation activities, and maintaining police records.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol designated areas to maintain law and order
- Respond to emergency calls and conduct preliminary investigations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of police activities
- Work collaboratively with other law enforcement agencies
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
