Distribution Center Supervisor

The Logistics Manager will oversee the overall logistics function at Cartridge Actuated Devices, Inc., ensuring efficient and cost-effective distribution of products, inventory, parts, or people.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can coordinate complex logistics operations, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records.

• Process and analyze data to inform logistics decisions.
• Create and maintain packaging records, shipment labels, and visual documentation.
• Plan and coordinate shipments to meet customer demands.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Enforce adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Three-plus years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hazmat certification a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
