Job Summary:

We're seeking a part-time Housekeeper/Janitor to join our team at Wagner Heights Nursing & Rehab. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Operate standard housekeeping equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and brooms.
• Abide by safety protocols and handle cleaning products responsibly.
• Clean and tidy all assigned areas to satisfactory standards within designated timelines.
• Reports equipment/product needs, policy violations, and patient changes in conditions to supervisors.
• Handle guest complaints and requests, informing others when necessary to ensure patient and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices.
