We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our Neuro/IMCU team at Northeast Georgia Health System Inc. As a Registered Nurse II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
About the Role:This is a full-time night shift position, and we are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients with complex needs. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Georgia
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a neuro/IMCU setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence
